Mini har vore i 1.klasse på Island. Dei er 25 elevar i klassen i Korpuskoli. I alt er det 170 elevar på skulen. Dei brukar ikkje uniformar på skulen. Flagget deira er blått, raud og kvitt. Det blå står for havet. Det raude står for vulkan. Det kvite står får is og snø. Det snør oftast på vinteren. Om sommaren kan det bli 15 til 20 grader. Då skin sola mest heile natta. Nasjonaldagen er den 17. juni. På Island har dei reint vatn. Dei har ein putekrok i klassen. Dei har ein ape i som heiter Lulli. Mini har blitt kjent med Lulli. Lulli hjelper dei med bokstavane. På Island har dei andre bokstavar enn oss: Þ, ð,

Desse ville dyra finn me på Island: Mink, rev, reinsdyr og forskjellige fuglar.
På gardane på Island har dei griser, sauer, lam, kyr, hestar, kattar og hundar.
Helga, Elisa, Rakel, Sigursteinn likar å gå på skjesser og leika med kosedyr. Simon, Magnus, Melkorka og Ragnar likar å symja, spela golf og sykla. Dette likar dei å spisa i Island: spagetti bolnes pizza, fisk, pannekaka, lammekjøt, kaker og graut.

Hovudstaden på Island heiter Reykjavik. I Reykjavik bur det 112201 mennesker. På Island bur det 288201 mennesker. Nesten halvlparten av menneska bur i Reykjavik. På Island har det vore lite snø dette året.

Nå har Mini kome heim og han hadde ein sjerf på halsen når han reiste heim. Det har elevane på Island laga. Dei ville ikkje at han skulle frysa. I sekken hadde Mini ein raud nase frå Skottland. Han fekk kler på Bahamas og dei fekk han med seg heim . Han fekk hatt av Gaz i Chum Creek, Australia. Mini har eit pas som han hadde med seg. Alle elevane som Mini har besøkt har skrive namnet sitt i passet hans. Me har hatt fest for Mini . Me leika Kongen befaler. Me fekk brus og drops og sjokolade. Det var gøy Sjå her!

Mini has visited 1. Grade in Korpuskoli, Reyjavik, Iceland. There were 25 pupils in the class. At school there were 170 pupils all together. They don't use uniforms at school in Iceland.

The Icelandic flag is blue, red and white. The blue stands for water and ocean. The red stands for vulcano. The white stands for snow and ice. During the wintertime there are a lot of snow in Iceland. In the summer there can be between 15 and 20 degrees. Then the sun shines almost all night. Their National day is the 17th of June. There is pure water in Iceland.

In class they have pillows. They have a monkey called Lulli. Lulli helps the students to learn all the letters. Mini has got to know him. At Iceland they have some letters different from ours: Þ, ð.

In Iceland you can find these wild animals: mink, reindeer and fox. At the farms they have these animals: Pig, cow, horse, sheep, cat and dog.

Helga, Elisa, Rakel and Sigursteinn like to go skating on the ice and play with stuffed animals. Simon, Magnus, Melkorka and Ragnar like to play golf, to ride the bike and to swim.

The favorite food are spaghetti bolonaise, pizza, fish, pancakes, lamb meat, cakes and porridge.

The capital of Iceland is Reykjavik. In Reykjavik there live 112201 peoples. At Iceland there live 288201 peoples all together. Almost one half of all the peoples live in Reykjavik. It was not much snow in Iceland this winter.

Now Mini has come home. He had a scarf around his neck. It was a gift from the students in 1. grade, Korpuskoli. They didn't want him to freeze on his way back home to Sauda. In his bag Mini had a red nose from Scotland, a hat from Gaz in Chum Creek in Australia, a costume from Man-O-War Cay at the Bahamas. He got many other things too. Just look at this page!

We have had a party for Mini.We played some games and had some sweets , lemonades and chocolates. It was fun!
